The Titanium FPGA SoC EDK solves one problem: getting high-quality audio and video from A to B over a standard IP network, with the lowest possible latency, on an efficient FPGA SoC implementation. It works with open protocols your network already speaks and it leverages the power of the new JPEG XS standard co-created by intoPIX. And if your market requires SMPTE ST 2110 or IPMX compliance, that's built in too. 

WHAT YOU GET

Runs over your existing AMD Zynq GigE port. Even in 4K

No external PHY, no dedicated NIC, no special cabling — the entire ST 2110 / IPMX stack runs over the AMD Zynq Ultrascale+ integrated 1G GigE port. Plug into any standard switch and stream compressed 4K with pristine quality over the same network your other equipment already uses.

THE TRANSPORT

RTP over UDP/IP — open and standard

Video packets travel as RTP over UDP/IP — the same protocol family used by VoIP and video conferencing. Stream metadata is described in SDP, readable by any standard receiver on the network.

THE LATENCY

Under 5 ms, end to end

Measured Glass to Glass (video-in to video-out), including the network hop. Suitable for surgical cameras, teleoperation systems, machine vision, and any application where delay is unacceptable.

OPEN PLATFORM

Everything included — your secret sauce stays yours

FPGA IP cores, PetaLinux libraries, reference apps, and a C/C++ API are all provided. Your application logic, your AV interface, and your product differentiation sit on top — fully documented, fully in your control.

JPEG XS High + TDC compressed video, NMOS IS-04/05/09/11 discovery and control, PEP/HKEP encryption, RTCP non-PTP timing. Interoperability tested with several deployed equipments, and the wider AIMS ecosystem.

Bridge the studio to any network with JPEG XS. intoPIX Hardware-accelerated JPEG XS replaces uncompressed video in your workflow while adding unique wavelet scalability: full resolution scaling during encode or decode, with no additional processing cost. This enables, for instance, a secondary independent PROXY stream at qHD (960×540, ~50 Mbps) transmitted simultaneously alongside the full 4K MAIN stream — both over a single 1 GbE link, independently selectable by receivers via NMOS.
